Career is a very integral part of our lives, because our entire
lifestyle eventually depends on the kind of career we have. Our growth in life
mainly depends on the nature and the success ratio of our career. MBA standard
is considered as the foundation base of management as it gradually shapes the
outline of ourcareers in present scenario. After the completion of MBA standard, almost every MBA guys faces the dilemma as to what should be their
next plan of action as like to entre in the corporate field, industrial field
and its functional field or to open own business. Since there are many options
that a MBA guys can option for after the completion of MBA standard, many
people often remain confused about their course of action.
Basically there are major streams such as marketing, finance,
commerce, retail, international business etc thatare available for students during

all the other choices can be made accordingly. Decisions related to

person in management should participate in this important process. It is also
necessary to remain focused towards one’s career so that they do not get

some interests in subjects like bank and railway and these subjects are the

by parents, a skilled person and Professor are necessary for students who
are in their MBA standards because it is one of the most crucial milestones in
a person’s career. At this age, many people are not adept enough to make mature
decisions, which would help them to build their careers; hence they should be
given the necessary guidance.
